Dr Ismail has provided excellent support in management of my long-term mental- health issue since I moved to the village three years ago. My confidence in his accessibility, professional skill and knowledge is a great comfort to me and my family. My condition has stayed stable as a result, through early stages of widowhood and removal from my lifelong home, and trusted GP, in the North West.
Recently, I have been caring for an adult son who experienced a severe deterioration in mental health and, with the doctor's help, I have been able to keep well myself and see the beginning of recovery in my son. Quite apart from the suffering this has prevented for me and the wider family, the saving of expense to the health service by this generous primary care intervention should not be under-estimated.
Dr. Ismail is spoken of with respect, gratitude and affection amongst friends and acquaintances.
